We will start to take our workouts to the next level. We will still end each class with a multi-sport team competition, but there will be more focus on building strength and cardio endurance beforehand. Coaches will incorporate prayer, Christian brotherhood, and all Frassati Sports "Training for Heaven" themes into his training.
