This is a class that has been well received for those athletes between 6 and 16 years of age that we will now be offering to 4 - 6 year olds.  Participants will get all the Frassati Sports “Training for Heaven” themes while incorporating fun and engaging physical activities.  These activities will focus on eye hand coordination, agility and building relationships through team competition.
