Catholic Homeschool Basketball Interest Form (Due September 26, available spots will be first come first serve)
We hope to field teams for Catholic homeschoolers at the 3rd-8th grade levels. Boys and girls at the widget level (3rd/4th and maybe 2nd if players are needed) will most likely play in our Lourdes 9-ft rim league like last year, while we will place our JV (5th/6th) and varsity (7th/8th) teams into CSAL.
Once you fill this out please still register your athlete(s) on CSALdenver.org. This does not lock us into anything but gives us more time to decide how many teams we will have and how to place them. Available spots on a team will depend on our numbers (5-6 players per team for widgets and 7-10 players per team for JV/Var) and finding coaches. Each coach will help determine practice times/location. The CSAL season lasts November through mid-February, widgets may end earlier.
Reminder: At least one parent from every family needs to attend a PLCT meeting. If you attended one last school year (2022-2023) you are exempt from attending one this year. If you have gone to one prior to that or never been you are required to attend one this year. You can find and register for those here.
