Multi-sport Catholic strength training. Boys ages 10-16
1:00-2:00 PM, Thursdays: Sep 13 - Oct 18
Weekly drills will improve speed and agility, as well as strengthen shoulder, tricep, bicep, and ab muscles. Competitions will include ultimate frisbee, flag football, basketball, and more. Coach Mikita will incorporate prayer, Christian brotherhood, and all Frassati Sports "Training for Heaven" themes into his training.
