Starting in 2016 as a parish ministry of Denver’s Our Lady of Lourdes, Frassati Sports & Adventure was incorporated and granted 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status by the IRS in 2017. Badano Sports was launched in 2018, and both became divisions of Highlight Catholic Ministries.
